If you’ve previously completed the USCCA Certified Instructor Course but were not able to recertify, you can take this course at $325, which is half of the cost. You will not get a new instructor toolkit, but completing the course will ensure that you are certified for another year. You will be in this class with new instructor candidates as well.
Follow these steps:
- Attend the class and successfully complete the class (including teach backs, written test, and shooting test).
- If you successfully complete the class, you’ll get your instructor recertification notice within 7 to 14 days.
Class runs from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST on Day 1, and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Day 2.
Be prepared to pay a range fee and purchase ammunition if you do not have your own.

All payments are final. If you are unable to make a class, Apex Defense Solutions LLC will carry credit and enroll you into another course. If enrollment requirements are not met for a class, all registered participants will be rescheduled for another date. If a class is cancelled by Apex Defense Solutions LLC, then we will give you the option of carrying a credit or receiving full refund.
